A "typical" Holiday Inn with a "good location" "across the street" from the airport, this "average" lodging comes with "convenient and easy parking", free WiFi and a complimentary shuttle to nearby destinations; "adequate" rooms boast "flat-screen TVs, comfortable beds" and, unfortunately, "insufferable, noisy a/c units", while the restaurant service is so "slow" it takes some "almost an hour to get an order."

My room was changed after the numerous problems with the previous room.
The room I was placed in was the worst in the complex and had numerous issues.

I was originally placed in a queen niche room. The room was large enough for one queen bed. (Smaller than a standard hotel room). This room was also located at the end of the hallway and had numerous maintenance issues. First, the air conditioner was not cooling properly. Second, the toilet handle was broken and third the shower nozzle was not functioning at full capacity. I have stayed at this hotel many times and was not aware of this room. The staff was very attentive and pleasing.
The lobby and hallways had a moldy smell.

Hotel for the price we got it for on Priceline. Not very romantice but it had a comfy bed and clean restrooms.

Old needs to be remodeled.

Old worn out parking garage is scary, funny smell, room was plain but clean. its just a hotel room nothing special, location was right next to airport but the property was not much.

The lobby was clean but had an odd smell.

Overall this was a nice hotel. It was very attractive in the lobby and in the rooms. However, there was an odd smell in the lobby area. It was very clean so I am not sure where the smell came from. Fix this one problem and I would rate the hotel higher. ...read more
